Blue Ice Mocktail

RECIPE 

Ingredients:  Sprite or 7 up, Lemon, Blue Curacao, Mint leaves, Bit of Salt, A Serving Glass.

Method: Blue Curacao  should be left in a container with 4 tablespoons of 150 ml of water to freeze in the fridge. When it becomes ice, you have to break it into pieces as you like.  Lemon  should be divided into two parts. Add half a lemon juice to the glass and a little bit of salt. Sprite or 7 up with blue ice.

Garnishing: Cut half a lemon, Mint leaves.

উপকরণ: স্পাইট/7 up,লেবু, ব্লু কুরাকও (Blue Curacao), পুদিনা পাতা,বিট নুন, একটি গ্লাস।

প্রনালীঃ ব্লু কুরাকও একটি পাত্রে  ৪ চামচ দিয়ে ১৫০ এম•এল জল দিয়ে ফ্রিজে বরফ হওয়ার জন্য রেখে দিতে হবে। বরফ হয়ে গেলে নিজের মতো টুকরো টুকরো করে ভেঙে নিতে হবে। লেবু টাকে দু ভাগ করতে হবে। গ্লাসে হাফ লেবুর রস আর অল্প বিট নুন দিতে হবে। তাতে নীল বরফ দিয়ে স্পাইট/ 7up দিয়ে দিতে হবে।

সাজানো : হাফ লেবু টা কেটে দিন , পুদিনা পাতা।
